Inaya Living
THE BRIEF
Create a multiple episodic web series to translate behavior change science into high-impact youth content series.
Ultra-luxury real estate developments are frequently misrepresented by flat, clinical, or over-exposed drone shots and standard architectural videography. When a high-end property looks like a generic holiday resort brochure, it fails to connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) who purchase based on emotional resonance, spatial poetry, and absolute privacy.
We architected a dual-engine distribution framework combining high-tier editorial PR validation with a social-first digital asset engine, built entirely around the lifestyle and environmental context of Inaya Living. We secured a flagship profile in Architectural Digest, establishing immediate industry authority, and simultaneously transformed the estate’s social channels into a premium editorial magazine.
Rather than shooting the footprint as a static assembly of empty rooms, we treated the three unique villas; Cotton House, Cinnabar House, and Macassar House as a living canvas. We brought the architecture to life across three distinct custom casting units, weaving raw human emotion and unhurried movement directly into the space.
